Instructions for Using the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder 1. Apply your Sublime Perfection Concealer first. 2. Then, gently sweep the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the concealer to blur, illuminate, and neutralize your skin tone as well as to set the concealer in place. 3. For dark areas and spots, use the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush to dab on the concealer and brighten those areas. 4. If you want to create a subtle lifted effect, you can apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder, starting from the outer corners of your eyes and moving upward toward your temples, almost to your brow bones.
